For power users who use iMazing with more than 2 new devices per year, the Unlimited Devices license is the better value at $44.99 per year.

If you upgrade iPhone every 2 years and get a 3 devices license, that's $49.99 for 6 year of use, less than $10 per year. In case of lost/damaged device, we do offer license migration, but yes, in a normal iPhone upgrade cycle, a new iPhone eats up a new slot on your license.

We offer 2 types of license: Device License (one time purchase) works by licensing specific iPhones / iPads. We're sorry that there was a misunderstanding about our licensing model. as much as you poorly attempt to explain your "hybrid" (aka money grab) licensing model, please note that none of your major competitors that I've come across - PhoneView, iExplorer or many others, find any need to deviate from the "standard" model of providing the license that a customer paid for. I think you've very effectively detailed just what kind of company you are. (even if you only have one iPhone!) for the iPhones you may or may not purchase over the NEXT SIX YEARS. To most effectively amortize the cost of iMazing, according to the iMazing Team, you need to buy a 3-device license now.

Their response, if not as absurd as it is, would be comical.

Update 02/25/22 ! - Please review the reply from Imazing. is this a company that you find ethical / want to trust your data to? I'll stick with Phoneview from now on. DigiDNA/Imazing has set that model aside.

and why not just make them pay for a license each and every time? Most single seat license apps simply ask you to sign out your old device and sign in your new one. It seems they understand that users will inherently go through many phones over time. you just buy yourself a newer model phone. They support no procedural manner of license transfer if your phone is lost or damaged and you need to replace it. Then the Imazing app messaged that I needed to purchase (aka "extend") another license.
